How this website handles your enquiries, account details and shopping activity.
What you send.
The enquiry form asks for your name, reply email and quantity. You can choose a design and purpose, and optionally provide a destination, date and project notes. Sending it records your request in the website admin, together with technical details including your IP address and browser information. Do not include payment card details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
Why it is recorded.
The request is available to authorised site administrators so it can be reviewed and used to respond to your product or supply enquiry. It is not a purchase, payment, stock reservation or marketing subscription. The form’s consent box is not preselected.
Where it is handled.
This site is hosted on Hostinger and uses WordPress and Elementor to receive and store enquiries. Hosting and website services also process technical request information for delivery, security and operation. The enquiry form currently saves to the website admin; an automatic email receipt is not promised.
Shopping & accounts.
WooCommerce uses cookies and session information to remember your cart. If you create an account or place an order when purchasing is enabled, the website records the details needed to manage it, including contact details, billing and delivery addresses, selected products and order status. Authorised site administrators can access these records for order administration.
Payment providers.
When PayPal checkout is connected and selected, order and transaction information needed to process payment is shared with PayPal. PayPal handles the payment under its own privacy information. Do not enter PayPal passwords or card details in our enquiry forms.
Your local brief.
The project-brief page lets you download a text file or copy your choices. These actions do not send an enquiry. If you choose to take the brief to the enquiry page, project choices are temporarily carried in your browser session and removed from that temporary storage when read by the enquiry page. They are only submitted when you send the enquiry form.
Questions or corrections.
Use the enquiry page to ask about an earlier request or to request correction or removal of the information you submitted. Use the same reply email and provide only enough detail to locate the original enquiry. Please do not send identity documents through the form.
About this notice.
This notice describes the current enquiry, brief and shopping features. Hosting logs, necessary cookies and backups may also contain technical information. Ask through the enquiry page about information connected with your request or order. Please include only enough information to locate your request.
Your custom artwork.
When you upload an image in the umbrella customiser, we store the original file, your selected placement and a generated preview to prepare the design and fulfil the order. These files are not added to the public media gallery. Access is limited to your shopping session, your linked customer account and authorised store staff. Unordered, unreferenced uploads expire after seven days; artwork attached to an order is retained with that order. Contact us if you have a question about an uploaded design.
