Blank oil-paper umbrella

Description

A plain canopy with a bamboo and wood frame, offered in the same sizes and lacing options as our standard collection.

Choose your construction

Choose half-laced or fully laced construction. Each purchase is one umbrella.

For your own painting

Confirm the surface finish and test your chosen paint before working on the complete canopy. Coated paper is not the same as an uncoated painting sheet. Paints, brushes and accessories are not included.

For an umbrella made with your uploaded artwork, use our online customiser.

The product image is a studio visualisation of the plain design.

Half-laced or fully laced?

Hand-threaded decoration beneath the canopy gives each umbrella its character.

Half-laced

Fewer threading points create more open spaces between the bamboo supports.

Fully laced

More threading points create a denser, more ornate pattern.

Threading holes

Canopy diameter	Half-laced	Fully laced
84 cm	4 holes	12 holes
100 cm	5 holes	17 holes

These numbers describe threading holes, not the number of bamboo ribs.
